Good Faith Estimate. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. An estimate is provided during booking and is available on request at any time.
Medicare and Medicaid. We are a private-pay practice, therefore we cannot accept any Medicare patients. However, we can see Medicaid patients who choose to pay privately.
Physician-patient relationship. Contacting us or joining the waitlist does not create a physician-patient relationship. That begins only when we agree to provide care.
